I wish I would have done more research before purchasing. In order to feel the coolness of the pillow you either have to sleep without a pillow case or pay even more money for one of their special pillow cases.

At first I thought that the pillow was to stiff I like really flat pillows but after sleeping on it I was amazed how it conforms to your head. Not only that but I'm a hot sleeper and I no longer wake up with a sweaty pillow. Feels like the cool side all night long...

This is beyond the best pillow I've used in years if not EVER! I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and if I don't sleep with a correctly ergonomic pillow I end up subluxing the vertebrae in my spine I dislocate my shoulders etc... and this pillow allows me to not only properly support my spine but every joint in my body. I can position this pillow however I need based on what my body needs that day and I'm always properly supported. Seriously comfortable seriously cool and seriously the best!

My uncle and I each got one and we both love them. I've had it for 2 years and still haven't found a better pillow.
