I am happy with my Galazy 1.0 pillow but disappointed that after having a chat with rep from your company and explaining that I need a pillow for my neck that she suggested the 1.0 pillow. The pillow itself is of high quality but cannot be used to help with positioning my neck due to pain.

Was recommended this pillow by a rep from bed gear because it was supposedly similar to the aspire line which was discontinued. Nothing at ALL like the pillow I love :( way too bouncy and very expensive. Returned.
